For customers located in Enbridge Gas areas:
Prior to removal, the Encomfort account holder, or a duly authorized agent acting on behalf of the account holder (“Agent”), shall contact Encomfort at 416-531-1249 to confirm account and tank details necessary for validation and to initiate the return process.
Any individual intending to act as an agent must furnish Encomfort with a valid agency appointment signed by the account holder.
